Return & Refund Policy

At MCE Designs, every item is created with care and many of our products are personalised and made to order.

Personalised items

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to amend or replace items where incorrect details have been provided.

Non-personalised items

If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in suitable packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where applicable

We will always aim to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once the return has been received and inspected.
