At MCE Designs, many of our products are made to order and personalised, so dispatch times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Processing & dispatch times

All orders are carefully handmade and prepared before dispatch.

Personalised items:
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be made before dispatch.

Non-personalised items:
Usually dispatched within 2 working days.

Dispatch times are shown on individual product pages where applicable.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.:

UK Standard Delivery: £2.95

UK Express Delivery: £3.95

Free delivery on orders over £25.00

Delays

While we do our best to meet all stated dispatch and delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal service delays).              MCE Designs cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
