About us
MCE Designs specialises in personalised stationery and handmade keepsakes, created with care and made to order.
Orders & personalisation
When placing an order for a personalised item, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including spelling, names, and dates) are correct.
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we may be unable to make changes.
MCE Designs cannot be held responsible for errors where incorrect information has been supplied by the customer.
Made to order items
Many of our products are made to order. Dispatch times may vary and will be stated on the product page or in our shipping information.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Returns & refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of MCE Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Liability
While we take every care to ensure our products are accurately described, MCE Designs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
